Cabinet Approves Haryana Land Partnership Policy 2022 – Haryana: Now farmers will be able to become partners in the project by giving land, there is also a provision to make directors in the company – CGCHOTBOX

In Haryana, farmers will now be able to become partners in any project with the government, department or development agency by giving their land. The government will pay the amount to the farmer in lieu of the land at the collector rate. Along with this, he will be made a profit sharer of up to 50 percent in the project. Also, if a farmer has more than 10 percent land in the entire project, then that land owner will be made a director on the company’s board.

In this regard, Haryana Land Partnership Policy-2022 has been approved in the meeting of the Council of Ministers. The department or agency will look for land for any project. Under the Land Partnership Policy, payments will be made at intervals of every six months. The time period for development projects up to 500 acres has been kept at three years and for development projects above 500 acres it has been kept at five years. The development of the project will be handled by the development agency through a special purpose vehicle. The state government’s e-Bhoomi and land pulling policy is already underway for land aggregation in the state.

Only those with merit have a chance in CET: Chief Minister
Chief Minister Manohar Lal has made it clear that only meritorious candidates will get a chance in the Combined Eligibility Test. Talking to reporters, the Chief Minister said that the Haryana government is working on Mission Merit. Only four times those who qualify the CET exam will be called for Group C posts. It should be noted that the youth of the entire state are demanding that all those who pass the CET exam should be given a chance for Group C posts. The government has decided that only 50 percent general category candidates and 40 percent marks in the remaining categories will be considered pass, but only four times the top will be called for the screening test.
