It started many years ago. Recently, many such recruitments came out in the administration which were only for retired employees. In the last one year, more than 10 times recruitment has been done in various groups and many posts only for retired personnel. This is the situation when unemployed youth are committing suicide. Experts say that as long as the work of the governments continues by outsourcing, contract or retired employees, they will not think about the youth and rising unemployment.
