The case should be fought in a double bench in the High Court against the decision of the government to cancel the recruitment with full preparation by announcing it in the press. Under this recruitment process, the security of employment of assistant professors who have been appointed in colleges should be guaranteed. The candidates who have received appointment letters and whose selection list has not come, to make permanent arrangements for their employment, should be seriously advocated in the High Court and recruitment should be started.
